How much does TradingForge cost?
TradingForge is a one-time payment of $100 USD for a perpetual license. There are no subscriptions, no renewal fees, and no hidden charges of any kind. Pay once and the software is yours.
What do I get with the license?
Your $100 license gives you full access to every feature TradingForge offers:
Both the TradeFuel DCA automation engine and the TradeSmith market analysis engine are fully unlocked. All ten supported exchanges are available. Paper trading mode is included. Telegram and email notifications are included. All future updates to TradingForge are included at no additional cost — you will always have access to the latest version.
How do I purchase?
Purchase your license on the Buy page at tradingforge.net/buy. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. Stripe is a widely trusted payment processor and TradingForge does not store your payment details.
When do I receive my license key?
Your license key is delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed. Check your inbox for an email from TradingForge with your license key. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, contact tfcontact@tradingforge.net with your payment confirmation and a key will be issued manually.
Can I use my license on multiple computers?
Each TradingForge license is valid for one machine at a time. The license is tied to the hardware ID of the machine it is activated on. If you get a new computer, need to reinstall Windows, or want to transfer to a different machine, contact support at tfcontact@tradingforge.net and the license will be reset so you can activate it on the new machine.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited free trial. The TradingForge interface requires an active license to access. However, TradingForge offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if the software does not work as described for any reason, contact tfcontact@tradingforge.net within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
What is the refund policy?
TradingForge offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If TradingForge doesn't work as described, contact tfcontact@tradingforge.net within 7 days of your purchase date and you will receive a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for cases where the software was used for live trading and the request is based on trading losses (the software performed as described, but trading results were not as hoped — this is a market risk, not a product defect).
Do you offer enterprise or multi-seat licensing?
Yes. Custom enterprise licensing is available for teams or organizations that need TradingForge running on multiple machines. Contact tfcontact@tradingforge.net to discuss your requirements and receive a custom enterprise pricing quote.
License Management
Your license is activated from within TradingForge on first launch. The activation screen appears before the login page on a fresh installation. Paste your license key and click Activate License. An internet connection is required for the activation check. Once activated, TradingForge performs periodic license validation in the background — this requires an occasional outbound connection and does not affect day-to-day performance.
